Apollo the Dog needs a home

Please welcome this adorable duo to the family. Apollo, black/tan 2 year old male, and Hercules, 5 year old dapple male, were owner surrendered to us by their elderly owner. He was unable to care for them as he was going into assisted living. He was sad to have to let them go but he knew it was for the best. Thank you sir for trusting us with your pets.



Apollo and Hercules have been in foster care and their foster has this to say:


"Both are very happy and outgoing dogs. He...rcules loves to just hang out and cuddle, while Apollo seems to be more of a free spirit. They are bonded as they don't stray too far from each other. Apollo is a ball of energy sometimes so he will need someone to play with him. They are both working on being housebroken but doing well so far. Apollo does chase cats so a no cat home will be best.



They acclimated well in the home with other dogs so dog friendly. Hercules is currently getting more exercise since he is on the chunky side! Both dogs have great personalities and the family they will be adopted into will be blessed to have them."


Well we couldn't have summed it up any better! :) We are looking for a family that would love to add these two guys to their lives.




 


 


Adoption Applications can be submitted at www.pchumane.org under Adoptable Animals tab.  Please allow 48 hours for a response during normal business hours. (Wednesday-Friday 11-6 and Saturday 10-2).  Applications can also be submitted over the phone 580-767-8877 during normal business hours.


Adoption fees include: Spay/Neuter, age appropriate vaccines, microchip, dewormed, heart worm check (negative), current on flea/tick medication, heart worm preventative, and 30 Days of Free Pet Insurance. Also included is any other treatments needed for the health of the pet (dental cleaning, mass removals, etc. if applicable)
